This course is designed for Gardeners in Vermont who take this course will learn science-based information on a wide range of gardening topics including basic botany, vegetable gardening, perennials and annuals, ecological soil management, insect and disease pests, tree care, pollinator plants, landscape design, and tree and small fruit management. Students learn from UVM Extension and the horticulture industry experts about landscape and botany basics, pest and plant disease control, rain gardens, sustainable landscape practices, and other topics geared to help you become a more informed gardener.
The fee for this course is $400 for Vermont Residents. If you live out of state (not a Vermont resident), then you must use the out-of-state registration listing. The fee for out-of-state residents is $550.
